Those who know me best will tell you that my passion is teaching, training and
coaching others in a God-honoring, life-expanding direction. I get a great deal of
personal satisfaction by making a significant and positive contribution to the life
of another and sharing resources that will enhance their lives, their relationships
and their work. I get excited to see people come alive as they embrace their
God-given mission in life and develop good goals toward its accomplishment.
My passion is coaching others in the process of changing their lives in a Godly direction.
My desire is through effective training, guidance and encouragement, to influence and lead others
toward a more satisfying and successful future. This involves a number of factors, but foundational to the process is the
ability to trust another to possess integrity and skill in life coaching. Many years ago, I made a decision that I wanted to
become someone whose life and reputation is characterized by integrity, trustworthiness, encouragement and skill. I believe
these are the gifts that I offer others to minister in a significant way to them and to inspire their growth and development
toward full maturity and life success, and a life that pleases God in every way.
My experience as pastor, counselor and teacher has provided me with a wealth of experience that serves to benefit those for
whom I provide coaching and encouragment in Christ. My desire for each of them is the same as that of the Apostle Paul on
behalf of those he loved in the city of Colosse (Colossians 2:2-3):
“I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they
understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself. In him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge...”
Through my life coaching ministry, I enhance the lives of others by helping them to understand and move beyond their
present situation and to remove barriers to optimal performance and effective, joyful ministry for Christ.
Personally, this brings me a great sense of fulfillment, since it is my passion.
After all, to enhance is to improve. And in this case, it is God, our Lifesource, who enhances.
